Furthermore, to support prefix commands and music searches within designated setup channels, the system must temporarily process message content. We assure you that the system does not log or store your general chat history in our database. To ensure the accuracy and relevance of personalized statistics like the "Music Wrapped" feature, we gather additional in-depth usage data. This includes track and artist information, listening behavior (e.g., skip counts and time of listening), as well as various server configurations (e.g., preferred language and default volume).

02. Purpose of Use

Your data is a vital component that enables the bot to operate at peak performance. We process this information to ensure the streaming system functions smoothly (message content is processed solely to search for music or execute commands and is immediately discarded after processing), and to generate music listening summaries that reflect your personal taste. Additionally, we utilize session state data to coordinate operations across our network systems (Redis/Clusters), ensuring uninterrupted playback. We also use system logs to analyze and resolve technical issues, maximizing the bot's overall stability.

03. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We strictly prioritize your privacy. Under no circumstances will your personal data and usage statistics be sold or shared with third parties. During the music retrieval process, the system only sends search queries to service platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud) without attaching any personally identifiable information (e.g., User ID) to those services. We will only disclose information if explicitly required by law or to comply with Discord's policies and terms of service.

04. Retention, Security & User Rights

We implement high-level security measures to protect your data through a database system with strict access controls. Your statistical data is retained to facilitate a continuous and convenient user experience. You retain absolute rights over the management of your data. You can instantly delete server-level configurations by removing the bot from your server (Kick/Ban). Should you wish to permanently erase all personal statistical data from our system, you may contact the development team directly to process your request.
