Additionally, to support text-based commands (Prefix Commands) and song searches in designated rooms (Setup Channel), the system must temporarily process the message content you type. We guarantee that the system will not record or store your general chat history in our database under any circumstances.

To ensure personalized statistics, such as the "Music Wrapped" feature, are accurate and aligned with your interests, we collect additional in-depth usage data. This includes song data, artists, listening behavior (e.g., skip count and listening time periods), as well as various server settings (e.g., selected language and default volume), including the storage of transaction and top-up history (Transaction History) in the event that you use the Premium membership system or the in-system store.

02. Purpose of Use

Your data is crucial for enabling the bot to operate at its full potential. We process this data to ensure the streaming system functions smoothly (message content is processed solely for searching songs or executing commands and is immediately deleted from the system once the process is complete) and to generate music listening statistics that reflect your personal taste. Furthermore, we use session state data to coordinate operations across our network systems (Redis/Clusters) for seamless, uninterrupted playback, and we use system logs to analyze and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest level of bot stability.

03. Data Sharing & Third-Parties

We prioritize your privacy above all else. Your personal data and usage statistics will never be sold or forwarded to third parties under any circumstances. During the song retrieval process, the system will only send search queries to service platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud) without attaching any personally identifiable information (such as User ID) to those services. However, we may need to disclose information only when required by legal obligations or to comply with Discord's policies and terms of service.

04. Retention, Security & User Rights

We implement high-standard security measures to protect your data through a database system with strictly controlled and limited access rights. Your statistical data is stored to facilitate continuous usage. Nevertheless, you have absolute rights to manage your own data (Right to be Forgotten).

For server-level data, you can cancel and clear the data by removing the bot from the server (Kick/Ban). As for personal data (e.g., music listening statistics), you can freely use data management commands within the bot (such as the personal data deletion command) to delete your data from the database yourself. If you encounter any issues, you can contact the development team directly to request permanent data deletion.

05. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended or purposed to collect personal data from children and minors under the minimum age specified by Discord's terms (typically 13 years of age, or as determined by the personal data protection laws in your country). If we discover that we have collected data from minors below the required age without legal parental consent, we will immediately remove such data from our database.

06. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update, amend, or change this Privacy Policy in the future to align with the development of new features or potential changes in legal regulations. If there are significant modifications that affect our data processing practices, we will notify you in advance through our primary announcement channels in the Official Support Server or via bot notification messages.
