01. Terms of Use

By inviting the Sushi Salmon bot to your Discord server, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with these Terms of Service. We do not allow users to redistribute or use the bot for personal commercial gain (excluding the official in-bot Premium membership or top-up systems). Any form of system disruption (Bot Abuse), such as intentionally spamming commands to bypass cooldown systems, data scraping, or any action that violates API rate limits, is strictly prohibited. Our services are provided on an "As-Is" basis without any guarantee of 24/7 system stability. The developers reserve the right to disclaim any liability for potential damages or data loss resulting from the use of the bot under any circumstances.

02. Community Conduct

Our services are designed to accommodate a diverse user base; therefore, all users must strictly adhere to the Discord Terms of Service. Sushi Salmon reserves the absolute right to suspend or restrict access to our services (Blacklist) at both the individual user (User) and server (Guild) levels. This applies to those exhibiting disruptive behavior, fraud, promotion of harmful content, or severe violations of intellectual property and copyrights. The system may enforce blacklisting immediately without prior notice.

03. Data & Privacy

To ensure optimal service performance, we collect data necessary for system functionality and user experience. This includes basic public data (such as User ID, Guild ID, Username, Avatar, and server settings), transaction history data (if you use our store or top-up system), and usage statistics to be processed for personalized features like "Music Wrapped / Recap".

Your data will be used exclusively to improve your bot usage experience. We firmly guarantee that your personal data will never be sold or distributed to third parties. Additionally, users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data and usage statistics from our storage (Right to be Forgotten) via the commands provided in the system or by contacting the developers directly.

04. Third-Party Ecosystem

The Sushi Salmon bot serves solely as an intermediary and utilizes a search fallback system to stream audio content from third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc.). Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the respective Terms of Service of those source platforms. Furthermore, the developers cannot be held responsible in the event that third-party providers change their policies or system architectures, which may result in the bot's inability to stream content from those sources in the future.

05. Payment, Premium & Refund Policy

For features involving financial transactions, credit top-ups (via QR Pay, Voucher, or other channels), or upgrading to Premium membership, please acknowledge the following conditions:

• Responsibility: The individual making the transaction must be of legal age to conduct legal transactions or have obtained verifiable parental consent.
• Refund Policy (Non-refundable): All transactions are considered final. We reserve the right to issue no refunds under any circumstances, unless it can be proven that a critical error occurred on the developer's end.
• Consequences of Account Suspension: If your user account or server is blacklisted (as per section 02), all Premium privileges and remaining credits will be immediately revoked without any compensation or refund whatsoever.

06. Modifications to Terms

The developers reserve the right to amend, alter, or update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time to align with the development of new features or legal regulations. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you through our primary announcement channels (e.g., in the Official Support Server or via bot notification messages). Your continued use of the bot following any updates will be deemed as your acknowledgment and acceptance of the new terms.
