By inviting the Sushi Salmon bot to your Discord server, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. We do not permit the use of the bot for commercial gain, system disruption (Bot Abuse), data extraction (Scraping), or any actions that violate our API rate limits. Our services are provided on an "As-Is" basis without guarantees of 24/7 system stability. The developers reserve the right to disclaim liability for any damages or data loss that may occur from use.

02. Community Conduct

Our service is designed to support a diverse user base; therefore, all users must strictly adhere to the Discord Terms of Service. Sushi Salmon reserves the right to suspend or restrict access (Blacklist) for servers that engage in system disruption, promote harmful content, or severely violate intellectual property and copyrights, without prior notice.

03. Data & Privacy

To ensure optimal service performance, we only store essential foundational data necessary for system operations (such as User ID, Guild ID, and server settings), along with usage statistics processed for personalized features like "Music Wrapped". Your data will be used exclusively to enhance the bot experience. We firmly guarantee that your personal data will never be sold or shared with third parties under any circumstances.

04. Third-Party Ecosystem

The Sushi Salmon bot acts merely as an intermediary for streaming audio content from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud). Users acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of service of those respective source platforms. Furthermore, the developers cannot be held responsible should third-party providers change their policies, which may result in the bot's inability to stream content from those sources in the future.
